Themed Activities, Science and Snack Ideas for the Week! This week’s theme: St. Patrick’s Day

wonderandwhimsyco

Hey Friends,

So, let’s get right to it!

The weekends tend to get away from us incredibly quickly over here. All of a sudden it's Monday morning, and I didn’t do half the things on my to-do list… Sound familiar?

One of my weekend goals is to plan out some of the activities that I want to work on with Lilah, and prep as many of the activities as I can to make a smoother week ahead. We have days of the week bins, pre-filled with easy worksheets and books to grab, but I like the week to have an overall learning theme to really enhance exposure and vocabulary.

But, weekends are also a big family get together time for us, so time seems to slip away so quickly!

That’s why I wanted to share how we are starting to plan our toddler activities and then share the plan with you, hoping that this will make your weeks simpler, calmer and also purposeful!

Each Wednesday night, we will share out the learning theme for the week ahead, along with the activities, science ideas, book lists and snacks that would correlate with the theme. This way, you aren’t spending forever searching pinterest, sourcing activities, or last minute ordering from your shipt shopper (like I have, way too many times!).

Here’s a link to the print out to guide you!

We will provide an overall shopping/materials list by section- however, most of the items you will most likely have in your home!

So make sure you turn on post notifications on @wonderandwhimsy_co , especially for Wednesdays since we will reveal the theme, stories with our ideas, and a printable plan!
