Today, we wanted to share with you how easy it is to create an interactive play space for your toddlers and kids using our holiday themed dollhouse prints!
Once you grab the prints from our etsy shop, all you have to do is download and print! It is so so simple!
We have a personalization option on our shop, so if you want us to scale the prints to specific dimensions for the rooms of your specific dollhouse, check out that listing and we will work with you to create the rooms of your dreams!
The prints are created to be printed on regular printer paper, 8.5 x 11 and will print to 10 x 8. Again, you can change the scaling on your printer to adjust, or simply print them as they are!
Now, if you don’t have a dollhouse we have some amazing ideas we want to encourage you to try! Today, we want to share the way we use these prints the most!
Grab a beautiful gift box from homegoods! Your local home goods or tj maxx often carries the most incredible gift boxes with different color schemes and themes, and can easily be converted into the perfect playspace to use our prints! They can range from around $4.00- $10.00 and often have a lid, making it perfect to store all of the little pieces!
The How To!
Once you’ve printed the wallpapers and the accessories/character kits, we encourage you to laminate them. This will ensure that these guys can be played with over and over again, without you having to waste ink!
Grab velcro dots from amazon, or your local craft store. We love these ones. Place the backs of the velcro dots onto the perfect space in the craft box, so that you can have one or two rooms inside the box. Take a look at our pictures here of how we did this!
Then, use your imagination! You can even ask your little one to help here to place small velcro dots onto the wallpapers, and onto the backs of the characters and accessories to create the perfect interactive play house!
